Criteria

Burgess Group Capital works with sophisticated commercial real estate sponsors across the USA & Europe. We look for General Partners who have a track record and strong management team in place.

Our minimum equity investment is $10M, typically totalling a project capitalisation of $30M and above. We are location agnostic and look for a good story along with a reputable sponsor.

We can look at placing capital anywhere within the capital stack, including; Senior Debt, Construction Debt, Mezzanine Debt, Preferred Equity, Common Equity, JV-Equity, and LP Equity.
